The vehicle arrived with significant impact damage to the windshield, including a large spider-fracture pattern across the driver visibility area caused by a high-force road debris strike. The extent of the cracking compromised the structural integrity of the laminated glass, reduced driver visibility, and affected the mounting stability of several windshield-integrated safety systems. Modern windshields serve as more than just glass — they also act as a critical mounting and reference surface for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including forward-facing cameras, lane departure monitoring, automatic emergency braking, rain/light sensors, and adaptive safety features.

To restore the vehicle properly, our technicians removed the damaged windshield using OEM-safe extraction procedures designed to protect surrounding moldings, paint surfaces, and sensor components. The frame channel was then cleaned and prepared before installing a new OEM-quality windshield with precision urethane application to ensure proper bonding strength, sealing performance, and structural retention.

Following installation, advanced electronic recalibration procedures were performed to restore the accuracy of all windshield-mounted driver assistance systems.
